The Enhanced Food Security II Title II Program, commissioned by USAID/Haiti to asses impact of the current five-year program and provide recommendations for design in its next phase (2002-2006), studied the school feeding, food for work, maternal-child health and other programs in the country since the entrance of Title II commodities in the 1950s.

This broad-based study culminated in a workshop held for stakeholders and partner organizations working in Haiti, and concluded with a multi-chapter report presented to and accepted by USAID including plans for future programs to benefit of the country.
